Privacy notice

1. Who is responsible

Superyacht Holdings LLC (“SYH”) is responsible for personal information used for this private viewing. Contact Matthew Locastro at matthew@syhclub.com with questions or requests.

2. What we record

• Identity you supply: your name and normalized email address. Email ownership is not verified by the shared-password process, and we do not retain the password you type.
• Agreement evidence: signer name and email, acceptance identifier and time, the exact statements accepted, document name and cryptographic hash, site host, credential category, IP address and browser user agent.
• Visit analytics: pages and named sections viewed, entry time, time visible in a foreground tab, maximum scroll depth, visit history, referrer, device, operating system and browser. Vercel derives approximate city, region and country from the IP address; this is not precise GPS location.
• Security information: necessary cookies, temporary password-attempt counters, and hosting security and request logs.

3. Why we use it

We use these records to provide and protect the confidential viewing, control distribution, understand how the viewing is used, send operational alerts to authorized SYH staff, maintain evidence of agreements, answer requests and establish or defend legal claims. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, processing relies on performing the agreement with you, legitimate interests in administering and protecting the viewing, and legal obligations.

4. Service providers and access

Authorized SYH staff and professional advisers may access records where needed. Vercel hosts and delivers the Site, Supabase stores identity, agreement and visit records, and Resend sends email alerts to SYH staff when a new signer opens the viewing or a known visitor returns. Providers act under their own terms and applicable data-protection obligations. We do not sell this information or use it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

5. Vimeo playback

The film is streamed from player.vimeo.com with Vimeo’s Do Not Track setting enabled. Loading or playing it sends Vimeo technical information such as your IP address, browser and playback requests. Necessary player and security processing may still occur, and Vimeo’s privacy policyapplies to that playback.

6. Cookies

The first-party syh_yacht_session cookie keeps an accepted session open for up to 30 days and is not readable by browser scripts. Thesyh_visitor cookie carries a random visitor identifier so the analytics beacon can associate viewing activity with the signer. Neither cookie contains the password. Removing cookies signs you out or stops that browser from associating new activity; it does not erase server records.

7. Retention and security

Records are kept for as long as needed for the purposes described here and for legal record keeping. Retention is reviewed against those purposes and applicable requirements. The Site uses HTTPS, restricted administrative access and server-side credentials, but no system can guarantee absolute security. SYH and its providers may process information in the United States or other locations, subject to applicable transfer requirements.

8. Your choices and rights

If you do not wish to participate on this basis, do not submit the form. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or complain to a supervisory authority. We may need to verify your identity before acting because shared-password access does not verify email ownership. A legally justified need to retain agreement evidence may continue after access ends.

9. Children and changes

The viewing is intended for invited adults, and we do not knowingly solicit personal information from children. This notice is versioned. Material changes to the agreement package will receive a new dated version; earlier acceptance evidence remains preserved.
